Did you see this wreath over at SouleMama's? I was inspired. So, I tucked the wee girl into bed, pulled out a straw wreath left over from last year, and dug into my sweet vintage fabrics (with one exception - the aqua polka dots are from the Riley Blake holiday collection).
I love the way this looks in our kitchen, as I've tended to go with aquas and reds to pop against the yellow.
And I think finally having a nail in this wall will inspire me to actually put something else in this wreath's spot once the holidays are over.
This was so fun to make. And so easy too.
And now, in these quiet afternoon moments, I'm off to work on a couple more projects.
Happy weekending!

Seriously drooling.

this is so beautiful! i'm collecting vintage fabrics in these colors right now to decorate our "new" vintage camper (1966 Serro Scotty!) we just purchased. Are you sure I can't hire you to make a second one?? :-)
